Quality Controller

What you will be doing: As an experienced Legal Secretary, you will provide secretarial services to fee earners within the team. Ensure the smooth flow of documents and correspondence in and out of the Department. Typing s all necessary documents from hand-written notes or by transcribing digital dictation. Scan, email and fax correspondence and documents as required Undertake file management including opening and closing files, photocopying, and filing all relevant documents. Field calls and if necessary, routing calls and taking messages. Manage Fee Earners diaries, organising internal and external meetings. Support other members of the team in the performance of their duties What you will need to succeed: Previous Experience as a legal secretary and understanding of the need for confidentiality. Well-organised, careful, conscientious approach. Able ty to work under pressure and to deadlines, planning time and priorities. Excellent communication skills Good literacy skills and numeracy skills. Proficient IT skills, including MS Office and Legal Databases. What you will be doing: As the appointed Health & Safety Officer you will coordinate, support, this is a standalone role where you will advise the manufacturing and retail business on all aspects regarding Health & Safety. You will be responsible for the management of specific services and facilities that support the smooth running of the site. Day to day operations, particularly in relation to equipment, catering, cleaning, security, and utilities. What you will need to succeed: Qualified in NEBOSH General Certificate (Level 3). Proven experience in a Health & Safety role. Demonstrate a track record in delivering continuous improvement. Able to manage health and safety investigations. Create and revising health and safety policies and procedures. Professional approach, coupled with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent IT skills. What you will receive in return: £40,000 per annum (DOE). Hours - Monday to Friday (7am to 15.00PM or 9am to 17.00PM) 35 hours per week. 100% site based, with occasional travel to other sites. 25 days holiday + 8 Bank holidays. Life Insurance. Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Melksham, who are actively looking to recruit an experienced Account Executive to join the team on a permanent basis What you will be doing: Support the client facing account teams in providing a service that focuses on putting the customer first, delivering against agreed SLA's and KPI's at all times. To take a full and detailed brief from the client, and able to relay this through the design and production team. Managing projects from start to finish through the business to provide client satisfaction. Assist the account and production teams, meeting all business objectives. What you will need to succeed: Able to manage customer accounts and relationships for multiple clients, ideally within retail and FMCG sectors Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects within budget, with over-lapping timescales, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail.
